Non-Destructive Testing

NTD Method	Utilization Areas
Liquid Penetrant	It is used for the detection of surfaced discontinuities in all metal and ceramic materials.
Magnetic Particle	It is used for the detection of surface and near surface discontinuities of ferromagnetic materials.
Eddy Current	It is used for the detection of surface and near surface discontinuities of materials possessing electrical conductivity. Material electrical conductivity measurements are also in the scope of this method.
Ultrasonic	Surface and subsurface (volumetric) tests of materials are carried out.
Radiograpy	Surface and subsurface (volumetric) tests of materials are carried out.
Thermography	Used for volumetric testing of honeycomb structures.

After passing inspections by SHGM and NANDTB-TR, Turkish Technic through SHT-NDT instructions is a holder of Verified Training Institution Authority in area of NDT. Having earned this authority in 2009, Turkish Technic flawlessly executes training and test operations providing services on 7 different NDT methods.

Application Process

1. Required Documents for Application
Your all request should be sent should be sent to the Marketing and Sales Directorate to apply Nondestructive Testing (NDT) courses, examinations and consultancy requests at Turkish Technic. If the Marketing and Sales Directorate accepts the request, the documents given below should be completely filled out, stamped and signed by the participant and authorized person, then sent to application address.

2. Course and Examination Fees
NDT Course and Examination Fees are defined by Marketing and Sales Directorate for more than 5 participants. The fees can be revised according to the participant number.
